Dusko Todorovic has withdrawn from next week's UFC on ESPN 13 lineup due to a potential medical issue, MMA Junkie reported Wednesday.
The nature of Todorovic's issue wasn't immediately revealed.
His withdrawal means UFC officials need to line up a new opponent for middleweight John Phillips at the event in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The main target is Khamzat Chimaev (6-0), who would be making his UFC debut.
The July 15 bout between Todorovic (9-0) and Phillips (22-9) was part of the undercard.
Phillips has a 1-3 record in UFC bouts. Todorovic was slated to make his UFC debut.
