WASHINGTON -- The death toll from an explosion and fire in a chocolate factory in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania on Friday has risen to five, authorities said on Saturday.

AMMAN -- Jordan's Foreign Ministry on Saturday condemned Israel's announcement to offer tenders for building over a thousand new settlement units in the occupied Palestinian territories.
